At 37sqm, these expandable cabins can be set up almost anywhere. They are designed to be off-grid ready or easily connected to services, giving you the flexibility to live the way you want. With our nationwide branch network, delivery across Australia is simple and convenient.
When paired with one of our trailers, an Expander unit may be classified as a caravan, allowing setup in many LGAs without council approval (some councils may require permission for sewer connections). Despite their compact size, Expander homes come complete with all the homely features you need — combining style, comfort, and affordability in one efficient package.

- Electrical Distribution Board (3 circuits) complies with AS-60898.1
- 1.5mm power cable for all lights - complies with AS 5000.2
- 2.5mm power cable for all power points - complies with AS 500.2
- All power cables are ‘non-migratory’ to avoid potential degradation arising from contact with polystyrene
- All power points are ‘double pole’ to comply with the requirements of both AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 3001 as they relate to ‘transportable buildings supplied via detachable connection’
- Mains power can be connected to cabin via a single phase 15 amp extension lead
